Kevin Lacy, a graduate of Minneapolis Technical Institute has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the HVAC industry. Kevin holds a 3 tier Masters License in Warm Air, Refrigeration, and Gas.

Marques Winslow is an HVAC specialist with over a decade of specialized skills and experience in both service and sales. A strong believer in the power of communication in the workplace allows Marques to communicate all needs of every service call to the customer with the dedication to stand behind his work. With a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Industrial Technology Marques continued to pursue further certification with both Residential and Commercial Heating certificates, EPA Refrigerant Licensing and Certified Boiler’s License. As he saw the continued need for professional HVAC services from a dedicated, knowledgeable company rise he became a partner in Skyline Heating and Air in 2019, where they specialize in both communication and meeting the individual needs of every client. Believing that every voice matters, Marques will spend that additional time with each client so they are educated and satisfied after every service call.

Tamala has 25 years of customer service and management experiences. Her goal is to support our team in all manners to ensure the best possible service to our customers and to provide optimal front-end customer service.
